Chapel Chill is a thrill to go to! I first visited with a close friend a couple of months ago and enjoyed the experience. I visited for the 2nd time on Monday, this time solo. I really liked the flavors I ordered, which were Half Birthday Cake and a limited edition flavor called The Cookie. Though what’s more is that I received great service from the people working at the front! In particular, there was a guy who serviced me who was both personable and a great salesman. He knew his stuff regarding the store’s flavors, including the new limited edition ones. He named The Cookie as his favorite new flavor, which I sampled and decided to get. I also paid an additional dollar for the Oreo topping, but the pieces didn’t stick on properly given that I ordered a cake cone LOL. The guy was very sweet to get me a cup of Oreos at no additional charge to manage myself. I don’t know the name of the guy who serviced me, but whoever he is, he deserves a gold star! Plan your visit to Chapel Chill if you haven’t already. I’ll certainly make my 3rd visit in the near future.

The ice cream was easily the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was so fresh and pure, and the flavors were so good - such variety, and although I only sampled a few (I went with my family and we tried each others') they were all amazing. They offer a "flight" where you can try a few different flavors, which is a nice addition. The milkshakes were also really good, and all the employees were very nice and the service was easy and fast. Perfect through and through!

I think this is a 4 1/2 star, but we will round it up to a 5. The ice cream shop is cute. Customers service was good. The ice cream has a good flavor to it, but it is thick/heavy. We had a large which came with 3 flavors. We had the Chapel Hill toffee, Banana pudding biscoff and s’mores.

INCREDIBLY good ice cream - the perfect softness too, which is even more rare. Well worth the drive from any part of the triangle, and dare I even say, the state. Chapel Hill Toffee is perhaps the most popular flavor here, but I haven’t found a miss yet amongst the wide selection. Great ice cream, great vibes, and incredibly friendly service - I highly recommend.
